Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide and ensure we make every customer's shopping experience with us an enjoyable one.

Q: HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

A: Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order. We ship worldwide. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 10 to 16 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days. We are not responsible for lost packages. Addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. 

Q:WHY DIDN'T MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

A:Our warehouses are located in different locations. Moreover, our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Q:HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

A:We offer safe shopping and accept payment via PayPal. All products are set in US Dollar, our system will automatically exchange your currency to make it easy for you when placing order.

Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon the purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

 Q: HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" then the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Then fill in your shipping and billing information, pay and we'll have your order shipped out to you as soon as possible!

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or the product is damaged, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure you have the best possible shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
